  • 1 large can cherry pie filling
  • 1 lb. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • coconut and/or chopped pecans (may be added)
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo, cut into pats

Directions

    Use 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Dump in cherry pie filling; spread. Cover with pineapple.

    Sprinkle cake mix over fruit.

    You may add coconut and/or chopped pecans at this time.

    Cover top with oleo. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
