  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can pie filling (strawberry, blueberry or cherry)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 yellow cake mix (box)

Directions

    Butter Pyrex dish.

    Spread crushed pineapple in bottom of dish.

    Top with a layer of pie filling.

    Evenly distribute dry cake mix over pie filling.

    Slice butter in thin slices and place over top of cake mix.

    Bake at 350° until pie filling is bubbly and cake top is slightly brown.
