- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Pour the entire can of pineapple with juice into a 13 x 9-inch pan (ungreased).

2Sprinkle coconut on top of pineapple (do not stir).

3Sprinkle entire box of cake mix over the coconut (do not stir).

4Slice the 2 sticks of margarine in small patties and place on top of cake mix.

5Be sure to use all the margarine and cover cake mix with slices.

6Sprinkle chopped pecans over margarine and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown in 350° oven.
