- 1 can Comstock pie filling (cherry is best)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Mix pie filling and pineapple together in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this. Add melted butter over cake mix. Add coconut and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (I put a brown bag over the cake for a little while, or it will get too brown before it gets done.)
