- 2 c. mashed and drained yellow squash
- 1/2 stick soft margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm dressing)
Directions

1Place in greased casserole dish.

2Bake 20 minutes at 275°. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a pan.

3Add 1 1/2 cup stuffing.

4Stir until butter covers the stuffing.

5Put on top of casserole.

6Bake 20 more minutes or until light brown.

7If 1/2 stick margarine doesn't cover crumbs, you can add more.

8Yields 6 to 8 servings.
