- 1 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- paprika, garnish (optional)
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Mix cooked pasta and all ingredients in a sprayed casserole dish.

3Sprinkle paprika on top for color if desired.

4Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 to 45 minutes until done.
