Ingredients

  • 1 bag crab/shrimp bail spices
  • 36 small potatoes
  • 3 to 4 lb. hot Polish sausages
  • 18 to 24 ears corn, broken in half
  • 24 blue crabs (raw), broken in half and cleaned
  • 10 lb. headless medium size shrimp
  • 1 to 2 onions

Directions

    Fill very large pot with water.

    Put in spices; cover and bring to a boil.

    Add onions and sausages and cook for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add corn and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add crabs and cook 10 to 12 minutes.

    Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.

    Pour off water and dump contents of pot into an oil cloth tablecloth.

    Serve with butter, cocktail sauce and lots of napkins.

    Serves 12 to 14 people.
