  • 800 grams Minced pork 20% fat
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 bunch Chinese garlic Chives
  • 2 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 2 cup Plain flour
  • 3/4 cup water @ 80C
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil

Directions

    mixed meat with marinate ingredients, keep In fridge

    boil water until 80C, Stir in Salt & Sugar

    add hot Water mixture to flour Knead into dough.

    add in oil, Continue to knead Until It turn smooth.

    let it rest for 10-15 minutes

    divide dough into 2, then into 2 again Until it reach 64 pieces...

    Shape the Small dough into ball, flatten it with a rolling pin until it reach 2 mm thickness.

    filled it with meat mixture & make it into a dumpling

    Cooking: bring 1/2 pot of water to boil, add in 1 tablespoon of salt.

    put in around 10 pcs of dumpling, stir slowly So it won't Stick together!

    Once the dumpling floated add in 1/2 cup Cold water, Cover With lid bring to boil again, repeat these step for another 2 times, dumpling Shall be ready after these.
