- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
- 6 hot c. water
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 peeled and chopped tomato
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 6 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1In slow cooking pot, sprinkle beef pieces with dry onion soup mix.

2Pour hot water over meat.

3Stir in carrots, celery and tomato.

4Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.

5Turn control on High.

6In small bowl, combine biscuit mix with parsley.

7Stir in milk with fork.

8Drop dumpling mixture into pot with a teaspoon.

9Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes.
