- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

2Beat egg, milk and butter together; add to flour mixture.

3Stir just until blended.

4Drop 6 to 8 dumplings from tablespoon into hot broth.

5Cover tight and return to boiling.

6Reduce heat; don't lift cover.

7Simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
