- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. hot beef or chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Mix well with fork.

2Stir in 1 beaten egg into flour.

3As soon as the dough becomes difficult to stir with fork, work with your fingers until smooth and is medium stiff dough.

4Add flour as needed.

5Knead dough a few minutes on floured surface.

6Divide dough into 4 or 5 parts.

7Roll thin and cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide.

8Then cut the strips the other way to make about a 1 1/2 to 2-inch square.

9Drop into boiling broth and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
