  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix thoroughly; add hot water until soft dough is formed. Roll into rectangle until very thin.

    Cut in squares.

    Add to boiling broth and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
