  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 12 cup buttermilk

    Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.

    Add 1/2 C Buttermilk stir until moist.

    Spoon 6 mounds onto boiling soup.

    Lower heat and cover.

    Cook for 12-15 minutes until wooden toothpick comes out clean.

    Use a slotted spoon to remove dumplings into bowls.

    Cover with soup and enjoy!
