- flour (to make stiff dough)
- 1 pt. broth
- 1 qt. water
- black pepper
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup pork or chicken broth with flour to make stiff dough.

2Roll out real thin.

3Cut into strips.

4Have about 1 pint of broth plus 1 quart water all boiling together. Drop strips of dough into boiling pot. Do not stir.

5Drop all strips into pot. Turn down low and cook for about 15 minutes.

6Add lots of black pepper.
