- 2 cans Butter-Me-Not biscuits or scratch biscuit mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- giblets, chopped
Directions

1Bring chicken broth to a slow simmer.

2Add 1/2 stick butter. Roll small balls from biscuit dough.

3Dip in flour and drop in simmering broth.

4Add 1/2 stick butter.

5Simmer about 30 or 40 minutes or until done.

6Add chopped eggs and giblets.
