  • 2 large cans chicken broth or chicken broth from chicken
  • 2 cans Butter-Me-Not biscuits or scratch biscuit mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • giblets, chopped

Directions

    Bring chicken broth to a slow simmer.

    Add 1/2 stick butter. Roll small balls from biscuit dough.

    Dip in flour and drop in simmering broth.

    Add 1/2 stick butter.

    Simmer about 30 or 40 minutes or until done.
  6. 6
    Add chopped eggs and giblets.
