- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2/3 cup EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place into a food processor the basil, garlic and pine nuts.

2Pulse just until it is in a coarse chop.

3Pour through the feed tube the evoo and blend for a few seconds.

4Add the Parmesan cheese and pulse well to combine.
