- 2 c. water
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. Reese cooking sherry
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 24 chicken drummettes with skin removed
Directions

1In large skillet, combine water, soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and green onions.

2Add drummettes and stir to coat. Heat to boiling and lower heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. Serve warm.
