Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped in 1 inch pieces
  • 14 cup onion, sliced
  • 14 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Chinese cabbage, shredded
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 ounces rice sticks (called bijon)

Directions

    Saute' broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and celery for about 2 minutes.

    Add carrots and cook an additional 2 minutes, then add cabbage.

    Break rice sticks apart; soak in warm water until tender.

    Drain and add to vegetables.

    Add soy sauce - mixing well.
