  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. sliced apples
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together until foamy.

    Add flour, cinnamon, salt and sliced apples.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350° using (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan or two (8 x 8-inch) pans.

    Remove from pans and cool.

    Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla.

    Spread on cake and serve.
