- 23 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 350*.

2Mix 1 cup flour and 1/3 cup sugar in medium bowl.

3Cut in butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until crumbly.

4Press in ungreased round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches.

5Bake 25 minutes.

6Make crumb topping; set aside.

7Mix 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and the cinnamon in medium bowl.

8Stir in apples until coated.

9Spoon over baked layer.

10Sprinkle with topping.

11Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is light brown and apples are tender.

12Cool 30 minutes before serving.
