  • 1 can corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt butter with flour; pour milk in gradually.

    Bring to a boil; add corn, seasonings and the egg yolks (well beaten).

    Fold in egg whites (beaten stiff).

    Put in a buttered, greased casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
