  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 can broccoli or cream of chicken soup
  • large dab of sour cream
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 4 pats of margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • slice of cheese (optional)

Directions

    Cover vegetables with water.

    Cook until tender, about 25 minutes.

    Put in soup, sour cream and cheese.

    Heat a few minutes, then add milk and serve.

    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
