Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow beans
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- sliced green pepper to taste
- sliced onion to taste
Directions

1Drain beans of juices.

2Place in a bowl and mix.

3Slice green pepper and onion.

4Add to mixture.

5Mix remaining ingredients into a small pot and heat over low heat.

6Allow sugar to melt.

7Remove from heat.

8Let cool.

9When cool, pour over bean salad.

10Mix thoroughly.

11Chill in refrigerator for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
