- 1 stick margarine (4 oz.)
- 1 egg yolk (reserve the white)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Blend thoroughly all ingredients in a Cuisinart.

2Pour into pie plate for baking.

3Coat all dough surfaces with reserved egg white.

4Bake in 375° oven for approximately 1/2 hour.

5Check carefully that it does not burn.
