- 2 c. flour (whole wheat)
- 1 c. flour (unbleached white)
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients with hands in a big bowl.

2Pat into cookie pan 1/4-inch thick and brush with water.

3Sprinkle with chopped nuts and press into dough.

4Bake for 20 minutes until nuts are brown.

5Cut while warm and cool 10 minutes.

6Then remove with spatula.
