Dutch Grape Pie(Germany)

  • 5 lb. grapes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 pie crusts (unbaked)

Directions

    Remove skins and mash grapes and cook for 15 minutes.

    Remove seeds, add skins and the sugar and butter.

    Line pie pan with crust.

    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.

    Place mixture in crust, sprinkle the other tablespoon flour.

    Cover with second crust. Bake in medium hot oven at 350° until crust is golden brown.
