- 5 lb. grapes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 pie crusts (unbaked)
Directions

1Remove skins and mash grapes and cook for 15 minutes.

2Remove seeds, add skins and the sugar and butter.

3Line pie pan with crust.

4Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.

5Place mixture in crust, sprinkle the other tablespoon flour.

6Cover with second crust. Bake in medium hot oven at 350° until crust is golden brown.
