  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • maple syrup
  • fruit
  • whipped cream to garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Place butter in round cake pan and heat in 400° oven.

    Blend flour, milk and eggs in blender for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Pour into heated pan.

    Bake 25 minutes.

    This rises with flat center.

    Serve warm with topping(s) of choice.
