- 5 Tbsp. butter or oleo

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place butter in round cake pan and heat in 400° oven.

3Blend flour, milk and eggs in blender for 3 to 4 minutes.

4Pour into heated pan.

5Bake 25 minutes.

6This rises with flat center.
