  • 6 md. potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

    Wash and boil potatoes.

    Peel and slice onion and parsley and combine.

    Place layer of sliced potatoes in a 2 qt.

    casserole.

    Sprinkle with some of parsley-onion mix.

    Season with salt and pepper as desired.

    Repeat until all potatoes are used.

    Combine egg and milk.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Sprinkle with butter and soft bread crumbs.

    Bake at 375F for 1/2 hour.
