  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip (optional)

Directions

    Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover pan with nuts and coconut.

    Mix cake mix as directed on the box.

    Spread over unbaked cake a mixture of cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Can serve with Cool Whip.
