   Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle coconut and nuts in pan.

   Mix and beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine together.

   Set aside.

   Prepare cake mix as directed.

   Pour over nuts and coconut.

   Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mix.

   Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
