  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Mix pecans and coconut and spread on bottom of pan. Mix cake according to box directions, then pour over pecan/coconut mixture. Blend softened margarine, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on top of cake mix. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. No need for frosting.
