  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix pecans and coconut.

    Put in bottom of pan.

    Mix cake according to box directions. Pour over pecans and coconut.

    Mix sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla.

    Spoon over cake mix. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
