- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Mix coconut and pecans; sprinkle in bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Make cake following package directions and pour over the coconut and pecan mixture.

3Mix vanilla, cream cheese and sugar.

4Pour into the pan over cake mixture.

5Cut up stick of oleo and put on top of the cheese-sugar mixture.

6Cook at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

7Cake will crack when done.
