  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Layer chips, nuts and coconut in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix German chocolate cake as directed on box.

    Pour cake mixture on top of chips, nuts and coconut.

    Mix powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese.

    Mix in mixer.

    Drop mixture by teaspoon on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° in oven for 1 hour or until springs back to touch or tests clean on toothpick. Cake will crack much like an earthquake when done.
