- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 6 oz. finely chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Spray bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom.

4Mix cake mix by box directions. Pour over coconut and pecans.

5In another bowl, mix cream cheese and oleo.

6Add powdered sugar and cream together.

7Drop by spoonful into cake mix randomly.

8Bake 45 minutes.

9It will run over.

10Put pan of water below cake before baking to prevent coconut from burning.

11This will also catch overspill.
