- 3 ounces sugar
Directions

1Separate the yolks from the whites.

2Whip yolks with 2 oz of sugar.

3Add any other flavouring ingredients you may want.

4Separately whip the cream.

5In a third bowl, whip the whites and at the end add slowly the remaining sugar.

6Add the cream to the yolks and at the end, the whites.

7Freeze for 2 to 3 h.
