  • 2 -3 lbs beef roast (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • water

Directions

    Put 1/2 of soup in bottom of crock pot.

    Place the beef roast in crock pot.

    Add packet of soup mix.

    Add remainder of soup.

    May add 1/2 can of water (if more gravy is desired).

    Cook on low/medium for 8 hours.
