- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. butter
- seasoned salt
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Mix sugar and vinegar in a quart jar.

2Add pecans and shake well.

3Coat each nut.

4Place in shallow baking pan and toast at 250°, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Add butter and seasoned salt to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon).

5Toss to coat nuts. Continue baking until toasted.

6Cool and store in airtight container.

7Refrigerator keeps them crisp.
