- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut*
- Edible glitter or decorator sugars, if desired
Directions

1Combine butter and sugar in large bowl.

2Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

3Add milk; beat until well mixed.

4Add flour; beat at low speed until well mixed.

5Stir in coconut.

6Wrap dough in plastic food wrap.

7Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until firm.

8Heat oven to 325F.

9Shape tablespoonful of dough to resemble 1x3/4-inch egg.

10Roll each cookie in edible glitter or decorator sugar, if desired.

11Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

12Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.

13Cool completely.
