- 1 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. brandy
Directions

1Beat cream about 1 1/2 cups at a time, until thick.

2Combine sugar and egg yolks and beat well.

3Blend into cream.

4Then blend in brandy.

5Beat egg whites until rounded peaks are formed and fold into cream mixture.

6It may require more sugar according to taste.

7Sprinkle with nutmeg.
