- 1 each frosting, prepared vanilla, 1 container
- 1 x powdered sugar different colours, as needed
- 60 each jelly beans different colors
- 12 each gumdrops round, different colors
- 12 each licorice laces, green for stems
Directions

1Frost the cupcake evenly with frosting.

2Top with sanding sugar.

3Place Jelly beans on top in a flower petal pattern.

4Press a gundrop in the center of the flower.

5Cut the green licorice laces to make the flower stems, press onto the cupcakes.

6Serve or storage in an air-tight container.
