- 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, cooked and well drained on paper towels
- 1 3/4 lb. boiled ham, chopped
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. pepperoni slices
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 raw eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 4 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except for 2 egg yolks, and pour into two 8 or 9-inch pastry lined pie plates.

2Cover both pies with top pie crust.

3Brush tops with beaten egg yolks.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

5Brush again with egg yolk while baking.
