Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, cooked and well drained on paper towels
  • 1 3/4 lb. boiled ham, chopped
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c. pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 raw eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 4 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except for 2 egg yolks, and pour into two 8 or 9-inch pastry lined pie plates.

    Cover both pies with top pie crust.

    Brush tops with beaten egg yolks.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Brush again with egg yolk while baking.
