  • 1 whole Mango
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Seeded And Finely Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin

    Peel, pit and dice the mango.

    If fresh mango is unavailable, use 2 cups of frozen.

    Combine mango, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a medium sized bowl.

    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil and seasonings.

    Pour over mango mixture and stir to combine.

    Cover with plastic and refrigerate until needed.
