- 1 whole Mango
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Seeded And Finely Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
Directions

1Peel, pit and dice the mango.

2If fresh mango is unavailable, use 2 cups of frozen.

3Combine mango, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a medium sized bowl.

4In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil and seasonings.

5Pour over mango mixture and stir to combine.

6Cover with plastic and refrigerate until needed.
