- 5 apples (1-1/2 lb.), well chilled
- 1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 30 RITZ Crackers, coarsely broken
- 1/4 cup multi-colored sprinkles
Directions

1Wash apples, then dry completely.

2(Note: In order for the caramel sauce to stick to the apples, the apples need to be well chilled before washing, drying and dipping in the caramel sauce.)

3Insert wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple.

4Cook caramels and water in medium saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

5Cover large plate with parchment; spray with cooking spray.

6Place crackers in one bowl, then place sprinkles in separate bowl.

7Dip apples, 1 at a time, into caramel sauce, turning to evenly coat each apple.

8Hold dipped apple over bowl to let excess caramel drip back into bowl.

9Dip apples in crackers, then in sprinkles; place on prepared plate.

10Refrigerate 1 hour or until caramel is firm.

11Remove apples from refrigerator 15 min.
