  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and melted margarine and press into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with pecans and chocolate chips. Mix confectioners sugar, remaining 2 eggs and cream cheese. Pour over cake mix base. Bake at 350° until bubbly and golden, about 45 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
