Easy Apple Cake

   Mix all ingredients together.

   Place half batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

   Put rest of batter in and top with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.

   Bake at 350° until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes.
