  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry
  • 1 Caramelized apple
  • 1 Egg yolk

    Make the caramelized appleand set aside to cool.

    Leave the pastry at room temperature for 10 minutes, cut each into 4 and stretch slightly with a rolling pin.

    Roll out the top sheets slightly larger.

    Put several small cuts in the top sheets.

    If you are using homemade pastry, pierce the bottom sheets several times with a fork.

    Pour the chilled caramelized apple into the centre of the sheets.

    Pour in generous amount.

    It will be tastier.

    Cover with the top sheets and push the edges with a fork to seal.

    Coat the surface with beaten egg yolk.

    Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C, and they're done.
