- 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry
- 1 Caramelized apple
- 1 Egg yolk
Directions

1Make the caramelized appleand set aside to cool.

2Leave the pastry at room temperature for 10 minutes, cut each into 4 and stretch slightly with a rolling pin.

3Roll out the top sheets slightly larger.

4Put several small cuts in the top sheets.

5If you are using homemade pastry, pierce the bottom sheets several times with a fork.

6Pour the chilled caramelized apple into the centre of the sheets.

7Pour in generous amount.

8It will be tastier.

9Cover with the top sheets and push the edges with a fork to seal.

10Coat the surface with beaten egg yolk.

11Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C, and they're done.
