  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.

    Begin to blend ingredients together.

    Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

    Pour mixture into unbaked graham cracker crust.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Chill before serving. Garnish with your favorite fruit topping.
