- 1 whole salmon fillet
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 onion, sliced
Directions

1Spray baking dish with non-stick canned oil.

2Put fillet in pan, skin side down.

3Salt and pepper lightly.

4Spread mayonnaise over fillet, salt and pepper.

5Place onion slices on top and squeeze fresh lemon over top.

6Pour wine in the bottom of the pan and cover.

7Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or until salmon flakes.
