  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt for greens
  • salt to taste

    Remove stems from collard greens and cut leaves into 1.5-inch pieces. Place approximately 4 cups of leaves in bowl.

    Drizzle olive oil over leaves and toss to coat. Arrange leaves in an even layer on baking sheet, spreading them out as much as possible. Salt leaves.
