Easy Baked Collard Chips

- 1 bunch collard greens
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pinches salt for greens
- salt to taste

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3Remove stems from collard greens and cut leaves into 1.5-inch pieces. Place approximately 4 cups of leaves in bowl.

4Drizzle olive oil over leaves and toss to coat. Arrange leaves in an even layer on baking sheet, spreading them out as much as possible. Salt leaves.

5Pro tip: Avoid letting leaves overlap to optimize for crispy chips! If they do not fit onto a single baking sheet, try dividing leaves between two sheets.

6Bake collard chips on middle rack of oven for 11-15 minutes, until browned and crispy. Keep a close eye toward end of cooking to avoid burning.

7Check to see that collard chips are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.

8Season collard chips liberally with salt. Serve immediately.
